Before the Ceremony
Register online with us by scanning the QR code on your card! It's essential that we have your up-to-date contact details for you and your family to ensure you receive the link to access your photo proofs!
Ensure that your cap and gown are neatly prepared and wrinkle-free — dress to impress! Aim to arrive at least an hour in advance of your ceremony.
At the Ceremony
Every graduate will have two photos taken as they are acknowledged. When your row is announced, please have your card or phone ready to be scanned, which will show your name on the big screen!
Ensure it is readily accessible and not crumpled.
Keep smiling throughout the event, as we will be photographing you at various moments during the ceremony!
After the Ceremony
Congratulations on this most momentous achievement!
Within 48-60 hours after the ceremony, you will be contacted via email and text receiving the link to view your beautiful commencement proofs!
